Waldryprocess SA, founded in 2011, operates new drying facilities for food products.
The workshop includes controlled liquid reactors (e.g. enzymatic biotransformation),
spray dryers (GEA; evaporation capacity : 200 kg of water per hour), a granulator,
a powder blender and accessories.

The activity of the company encompasses :

  • Development of drying techniques for bio-based products or food.
  • Spray-drying for third parties (contract manufacturing).
  • Granulation, micro-encapsulation, formulation, "functionalization" of food ingredients.
  • Study, consulting, expertise, engineering, services in the above fields.
  • Production, transformation and marketing of :
     
    • Natural flavors (mint, orange, .etc).
    • Food Gums (Arabic, Locust bean, Guar, .etc).
    • Natural dyes (tannins, .etc).
    • Hibiscus extracts.
    • Fermented papaya extracts.
    • Milk proteins hydrolysates.
    • Enzymes (lipase, .etc)
